Chicken Wings
Not italian. Good for football. God bless America.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 12 oz Hot wing sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chilli pepper
- 1 Tbsp Pepper
- 1 stick Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Chop wings into drumsticks and wings, discarding ends.
- Heat large skillet and add oil when hot.
- When oil is hot (should appear shimmery instead of smooth) add wings.
- When bottom sides of wings are brown and crispy, approximately 5 minutes, flip. Cook for the same amount of time it took to turn brown and crispy.
- Remove chicken and place on oven pan. Repeat previous steps until all chicken has been cooked.
- Place oven pan in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- While chicken is in oven, add wing sauce to a sauce pan and cook on medium low heat until it starts to steam. Add butter along with remaining ingredients. Stir occasionally and when butter has completely melted turn down to low heat.
- When chicken is done cooking, remove from oven and place on plate. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
