Broccoli Rabe
Broccoli rabe, the italian cousin of broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Broccoli rabe
- 1/2 head Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Trim the tough stalks off of the bottom of the broccoli. Wash broccoli thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Mince garlic.
- Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
- When oil is hot (will appear shimmery instead of smooth), add garlic and cook for approximately 30 seconds, then add broccoli
- Cook for 15-20 minutes.
