Chicken Marsala
chicken marsala = chicken + marsala. Delicious
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts
- 1 oz Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 5 tbsp Marsala Wine
Instructions
- Heat butter in pan
- Add floured and egged chicken
- Cook until brown
- Take out and set aside
- Add butter and mushrooms
- Once mushrooms are cooked, add marsala, turn up heat and boil
- When wine has reduced to 1/2, lower heat, add seasonings and chicken
- Simmer for 5 minutes
