Mashed Potatoes

- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 2 Tbsp Pecorrino or Parmesan cheese or both
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 3 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 5 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Pepper
Peel potatoes and chop into 4 equal width slices
Boil water on high heat in large pot. Large enough to fit potatoes.
When water has boiled, add potatoes. Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain water from pot.
Add butter and heavy cream to pot. Mash potatoes with potato masher or fork. Add additional cream for consistency of your choice.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
